Ekuru Aukot, the leader of the Third Way Alliance Party, has announced that he will take legal action against the illegal Chief Administrative Secretaries (CASs) in Kenya.

The Kenyan court recently ruled that the appointments of certain CASs were illegal. Aukot is demanding that these CASs return their salaries, per diem, and other benefits accrued during their illegal tenure.
Aukot argues that it is unacceptable for CASs to earn substantial sums of money through unlawful offices. He also believes that the appointments of individuals lacking the qualifications necessary to hold key government positions must be addressed.
Aukot is determined to personally file a lawsuit to ensure that those who fail to return their salaries face severe consequences. He is confident that the court will rule in his favor and that the CASs will be held accountable.
The outcome of Aukot’s legal action is eagerly anticipated by Kenyans. The unfolding events surrounding the Kenya Kwanza government will undoubtedly be closely monitored as the nation awaits justice and accountability.
