DP Ruto Raids Kalonzo’s Bedroom As Raila Takes Azimio Gospel to Migori
The long awaited Kenya general elections are just around the corner with less than eight months currently remaining before they kick off in August 9th.
Top two competitors of the presidential seat have currently been seen busy doing campaigns and rallies as they are taking nothing by chance as chance but looking for the kenyans votes by all means so as to win the seat at the end of it all.
Deputy President William Ruto have today been seen busy visiting the Ukambani region while Raila Amollo Odinga is also seen back to his Migori bedroom as he seeks to fully convince the region behind his Azimio la Umoja movement.
The deputy President had begun his visit in Ukambani region in Tala, Matungulu, Machakos County where he received a massive welcome in both of the regions giving him more confidence of winning the seat.
Ruto decided to take the chance so as to convince the residents of the region to vote him in for the presidential seat as he also supported the former Senator Johnson Muthama who is seat to run for the Machakos County Gubernatorial seat with UDA ticket.
He was seen confidently assuring the people that he is well suited and ready to take over from Uhuru Kenyatta and finish all the projects they had started together as leaders before handshake spoilt everything.
“Are you going to accept a candidate who will be imposed on you by the few? We respect you Raila but you should also respect our youths. You cannot buy them with handouts” he stated.
But Raila is also not silent being Ruto’s top opponent for the presidential seat he was also miles away in Migori where he is busy mobilizing residents there and popularizing his Azimio la Umoja gospel.
Where he was not alone there as he was joined by several number of his close allies including Mt Kenya MPs Kanini Kega and Jeremiah Kioni.
