Kinoru residents in Meru County witness a love drama between Raphael Mutwiri and his girlfriend Carol Miriti.
Ms. Carol allegedly got angry after Raphael refused to refund her money he had promised when she asked her to visit him on Wednesday evening and took Tv valued at Ksh 24,000.
