Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba released the exams for 993,226 candidates on Friday, January 9, and also unveiled how the students will access their results.
Boni Manyala, a public communications professional, took to Facebook to celebrate his brilliant daughter’s exemplary performance, revealing that she got an outstanding B+ in her 2025 KCSE.
Manyala noted that his daughter’s amazing performance in the exam now paves the way for her to pursue her dream career, law.
“Congratulations to our daughter, Phaustine Milele, on your incredible achievement, earning an outstanding B+ grade! This marks the beginning of your journey toward a Law degree, and we couldn’t be prouder of you. Keep shining and reaching for greatness. Proud of you, Chief Justice,” he wrote.
He shared a screenshot of her performance by subject, and it was as follows: English (B plain), Kiswahili (A minus), Maths (A), Biology (B plain), Physics (B minus), History (A minus), CRE (B plus).

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, Manyala’s daughter said she managed to score the amazing grade because of hard work, consistency and self-motivation that kept her grounded all through her high school education.
“I realised that I am a candidate and should be more concerned about my performance at the end of the year. I first started by identifying my weak subjects and my weak areas in the specific subjects to build the foundation of a realistic revision plan early enough.
