It is important to remember that depression is not a weakness, and it is okay to seek help if you are struggling.

If you are concerned about your own mental health or the mental health of someone you know, there are many resources available to help.

You can talk to a doctor, therapist, or counselor, or you can call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.

In addition to seeking professional help, there are also many things you can do to support your mental health on your own.

These include getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, and spending time with loved ones.

It is also important to find activities that you enjoy and that help you relax and de-stress.

If you are struggling with depression, please know that you are not alone. There is help available, and you can get through this.
