Charles Njagua, alias Jaguar, is the current Chief of Youth Affairs and a former member of parliament from the district of Starehe.
The Administrative Secretary has escalated his feud with singer Esther ‘Akothee’ Akoth about who is more successful.
Jaguar went on a media charm offensive shortly after the release of his new single “Unthinkable,” which featured Bongo singer Lava Lava, and managed to insult a many of his musical contemporaries in the process.
When originally introduced to the public, Jaguar made bold claims about his financial status, suggesting that he was far wealthier than East African music legends like Akothee and Tanzania’s Harmonize.
In response to a news item that ranked the two celebrities ahead of him financially, Jaguar disparaged Akothee’s fortune and said that she had no right to be ranked higher than him.
If Akothee and Harmonize were richer than him, the ‘Kigeugeu’ singer declared he would end his singing career and resign as CAS.

You can tell I’ve been working here for over 15 years from the fact that my name appears on this list. But if Akothee and Harmonize become richer than me, I will give up music forever. Items like Range Rovers are chosen because they are visible. I’m not trying to brag, but I have accomplished a lot, Jaguar assured his YouTube audience.
Akothee fired back at the ‘Kipepeo’ singer, calling him arrogant and urging him to be humble and stop “bragging with taxpayers’ money.”
Let me not hear any politician flaunting their wealth amassed with public funds… Got any money, Gani? She went off on Instagram about how the government should be paying for things like business flights and helicopters.
Although many families can’t afford to send their kids to school. You folks only do good online for the publicity. Always looking for a fad to ride on to gain attention, even when you have none except when one occurs.
When it seemed like things were winding down, Akothee struck again, accusing Jaguar of being a coward for choosing to fight “with a woman” and questioning his manhood.
There’s something seriously wrong with any man who constantly evaluates himself in relation to women. Nitawatandika mnikome,” she wrote in her status.
Now, Jaguar has shown his teeth once more, using Instagram to threaten Akothee with the same fate she’s inviting with her attacks.
Jaguar went for the throat by using phrases made famous by notorious cult leader Pastor Paul Mackenzie.
It read, “Unachokipigania hukijui, kitakuramba A**thee….,” and was posted to Instagram.
This is despite the fact that Jaguar’s views have already been criticized by Konde Boy leader Harmonize.
Harmonize responded by saying that he would have resigned from music long before now if he were Jaguar.
