Citizen TV Tops As Media Council of Kenya Releases Report On The Viewership Of The Presidential Inauguration.
The MCK has published a study detailing how many people watched the presidential inauguration.

On Tuesday, September 13, William Ruto took the oath of office, making him the fifth President of the Republic of Kenya.
Over 60,000 Kenyans attended Ruto’s inauguration at Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi.
However, many Kenyans were unable to travel to Kasarnai and instead watched the event unfold on television, YouTube, and other online media.

The MCK has produced a study detailing how many Kenyans tuned in to the inauguration on YouTube.
The most-viewed YouTube channels during the swearing-in ceremony are as follows;
1. Citizen TV – An average of 232, 387 followed the event.
2. NTV Kenya – An average of 67, 908 followed the event.
3. Nation – An average of 24, 596 followed the event.
4. KBC Channel 1 – An average of 18, 368 followed the event.
5. KTN News – An average of 17, 784 followed the event.
