The Nigerian business mogul has visited Kenya previously. He had previously attempted to build a cement mill in Kenya as an investment. However, events took an unexpected turn, and the factory’ s launch date was pushed back without explanation.

Mr. Dangote, the richest man in Africa, was among the dignitaries and top Kenyan politicians who attended the ceremony and was spotted on the dais.

The Nigerian businessman has made past attempts to invest in Kenya by proposing to construct a cement mill there. His company, Dangote Cement, however, decided to hold off on entering the Kenyan market without providing an explanation.

However, in an interview with Kenyan journalist Jeff Koinange, he purportedly admitted that he had abandoned ambitions to expand his huge business empire to Kenya because he found the country’ s senior decision makers to be ” more corrupt than Nigerians. ”

In an interview with Jeff Koinange, the business magnate explained that after encountering resistance from Kenya’ s highest- ranking officials, he had to abandon plans to enter the country’ s market. He said that the major market makers were far more corrupt than the Nigerian officials.

Rigathi Gachagua, the vice president- elect, and his wife have arrived at Kasarani International Stadium, where the inauguration event is now taking place. William Ruto, the new president, and his family are on the way as well.
