The battle for the five spots for African countries in the upcoming world cup tournament kicks off tonight with five matches to take place.

The matches will be a two-legged tie the second leg taking place next week.
Early kickoff will see DR Congo welcome Morocco in Kinshasa starting at 1800hrs EAT. Two hours later Cameroon will be at home in Limbe to face 2019 AFCON champions Algeria while Mali will host Tunisia at home in Bamako.
In late kick off Ghana will face Nigeria in a thrashing western Africa battle. The game of the day will be a replica of the late AFCON final between the winners Senegal and the runners up Egypt.
This is expected to be a tough match as Egypt will be aiming to take revenge over Senegal while the African champions will be trying to prove that they are the standout African champions. This match will bring together two world super stars who are teammates at Liverpool club Sadio Mane Senegal’s captain and Mohamed Salah Egypt’s captain. This will be the eleventh time two are meeting and the first time in a world cup qualifier.
The pharaohs has a good record against the Telanga lions when playing at home having won four while loosing twice. The match will go down in Cairo Egypt and this will be a boost to Egypt.
