Reknowned Kenyan radio host and newscaster Beatrice Maganga is expecting her first child. The seasoned journalist really broke the news to her followers via a Facebook post made this morning.

Many of Beatrice Maganga’s fans had been wondering where she went, so she decided to share the news with them.
This is because her Swahili newscasting duties at Radio 47 had gone unfilled for some time.

But she claims that she went on maternity leave, which explains her absence.
Niaje mashabiki wangu nawalombotove, haha. Enyewe niko maternity leave mazee, nashkuru mungu, wenye wanauliza nimepotelea wapi hawaniskii ndani ya Radio47. “Good morning,” Beatrice Maganga emailed.
However, the radio host’s announcement was met with an outpouring of congratulations from the internet community.

If Beatrice Maganga’s social media posts are any indication, this is her second pregnancy.

This is due to the fact that she gave birth to her first child in 2019, despite not saying what gender the baby would be.
In reality, the Radio 47 news anchor returned to work in November of that year after taking another maternity break.
Exiting maternity leave and returning to work. She then wrote, “Thank God”. She also shared a picture of herself cradling her brand-new kid.
The father of Beatrice Maganga’s children is a mystery at this time because she prefers to keep her private life out of the spotlight.

Beatrice Maganga previously worked as a radio host for Radio Maisha before switching to Radio 47.
After thirteen years with the Standard Group-owned channel, the fluent Swahili news anchor decided to leave in January of this year.
Beatrice Maganga then took to social media to reassure her followers that she would keep them in the loop about her future plans.
We are still going to get together, and I will provide an update on the socials,” she stated.
Beatrice Maganga, along with a number of other presenters, reportedly quit the station as a result of a reorganization effort.
