Labour CS Florence Bore has broken her silence hours after leaving the controversial Karen house on Monday night, before her 48-hour ultimatum expired.
Bore told reporters first thing on Thursday that she had left the house after getting her ten percent deposit back.
She explained that she worked throughout the day and didn’t return home until after 9 o’clock at night, so moving out at that time made the most sense.
He reached out to me and refunded my ten percent security deposit, so I could leave.

Since I was working until 9 p.m., it was assumed that I must have left my apartment after dark when I relocated. When I arrived home, I saw that he had sent the funds to my account.
CS Bore said, “That was a blessing in disguise; I was looking for a house, and within an hour I had a new house and a home.”
Bore responded that she had signed her part of the agreement and that the MP may have failed to do so. She wished him well and stated the housing crisis wasn’t supposed to be so big that the MP couldn’t have found another buyer.
On Monday night, management at Amara Ridge saw Bore leave, which coincided with a letter they had written to the Cabinet Secretary earlier that day.
Both the executed selling agreement and the executed leasing agreement, or any other legally binding agreements that granted Bore access to the Villa, were requested by the letter and should be provided by the Secretary.
The Villa’s owner claims he never gave permission for her to enter, despite the evidence to the contrary provided by the management company.
The letter stipulated that a response was required within 24 hours. Management has threatened to cut off all utilities and prevent Bore from entering the Villa and the estate if he does not cooperate.
Bore reportedly departed the building on Monday night, so it’s unclear if she turned in the necessary paperwork.
