Alex Moulding is living proof that perseverance is rewarded and that there is hope no matter how dark the road may seem. Alex has come from nothing to create a mansion to the tune of twenty million Kenyan Shillings; he has ended the cycle of poverty in his family tree.
Alex claimed in an interview with Rickbe tv that he is an expert moulder and one of the finest in Kenya. He was a common hustler who worked primarily on construction sites before he decided to try his hand at professional molding.
Things snowballed, and soon customers were praising his molding abilities. He began closing more deals, and when the money started coming in, he used it to construct a stately home for his parents and saw to it that they were well cared for.
He subsequently embarked on the construction of a one-of-a-kind residence for his family. Although unfinished, the mansion boasts a sophisticated design. Alex said that he expects the house to cost between ten and twenty million Kenyan Shillings.
He claimed that the ridicule they endured for living in a mud thatched cottage prompted him to build a multimillion-dollar mansion in his hamlet (Machakos).
Alex is currently constructing a Gazebo in the yard directly opposite the estate so that he and his guests may relax in peace and quiet. He has already spent KSH.800,000 on the Gazebo, and because it is unfinished, he may end up spending as much as ksh.5 Million on it.
Alex is also working on a stunningly stylish modern gate. The gate is one of a kind and beautifully designed as well. He’s already spent over a million shillings on it, and work hasn’t even finished yet.
Alex claimed that constructing this castle was the realization of a lifelong ambition. This, he added, is an extra-special present for his family. He hopes they will be able to enjoy a lavish lifestyle.
