Let’s get back to why Philip is such an intriguing character. A automobile illustration bearing the license plate “KDJ 037G” was posted by Philip yesterday, seemingly as a sarcastic jab at his devotees.
“If your phone can’t copypaste this vehicle just know it’s bogus,” he captioned the photo.
Although the car license plate KDJ 037G may sound ominous, it is actually a very innocent number plate that has been promoted to the top of Kenya’s Trending Topics list thanks to the efforts of popular Twitter user Alinur Mohammed.

Before Alinur entered the fray, though, things were already off to an odd start thanks to a man with an English accent named Philip Mcloude.
Philip Mcloude is a “TV host, MC, Event planner, Environmentalist, and Talent Manager” from Thika, Kenya, as stated in his Twitter bio.
Okay, let’s get back to why Philip is such an intriguing character. Philip appeared to mock his devotees yesterday when he uploaded a sketch of an automobile bearing the license plate “KDJ 037G.”
If your phone can’t copy and paste this automobile, you can be sure it’s false, he captioned the photo.
After 24 hours, over a thousand people have commented on the tweet, all of which are carbon copies of the diagram Philip originally published.
But, there is a minor issue… Philip’s car diagram looks a little different in the copied-and-pasted version, and he gets his kicks by typing “fake” under each comment to indicate that the copied-and-pasted version is a fake.
Let’s go back to Alinur Mohammed.
The flashy Twitter user, who is also an apparently wealthy city politician, decided to join the fray by tweeting his own take on the car diagram, perhaps to reassure himself about the uniqueness of his (probably) iPhone.
I had to do it to make sure the phone I bought with my own money is real,” he wrote on Twitter.
The ‘KDJ 037G’ comments were brought back into the spotlight, and thousands of people scrambled to draw the same diagram on Twitter in an effort to verify the legitimacy of their phone.
The seemingly insignificant license plate has recently become the most-talked-about topic on Twitter. The real KDJ 037G owner must be in absolute hell.
Simply put, it’s a silly copy-and-paste game that has kept Kenyans on Twitter busy.
Everyone, please return to their jobs.
