A middle-aged Ugandan man named Musa has astonished many by disclosing that he has ten wives, all of whom reside in the same house, and that he has fathered 98 children with them.
He got married at 16, with the hope of having a large family as his mother did (she had two children). He desired a large family so badly that he wed numerous women.
He claims he fathered a child with his first wife when he was just 17 years old. He toiled diligently to provide for his family and amass sufficient riches to cover his bride’s dowry.
He could make a profit by purchasing agricultural output and reselling it in the city.He first acquired goats, which he then traded in for cows.
His fortune grew steadily, and when he finally found a suitable bride, her family had no reason to refuse him because they knew he could afford the dowry.
Surprisingly, he took 10 women, all of whom now reside with him in the same house, but he did construct separate dwellings for his offspring.
He said that with them, he had produced 98 children and nearly 500 grandchildren.
He claims to be familiar with all of his children, but being unable to recall their individual names.
When his wish to have many children finally came true, he felt like a king. Everyone in his family gets along well.
