Uhuru has made preparations for his retirement by constructing four residences in the counties of Nairobi, Nakuru, Narok, and Kiambu.
Near State House in Nairobi is the President’s own residence, which he oversaw the construction of at a cost of Ksh700 million (about $90 million).

There are bulletproof windows, an electric fence, and state-of-the-art alarm and security systems installed in the home.
In addition to its many offices, meeting rooms, and luxurious pool, the facility also features a large lounge for entertaining guests.

And so President Uhuru Kenyatta and his family have amassed four houses for their retirement. Among these are;
1.State House- Nairobi
Near the State House in Nairobi, President Uhuru Kenyatta owns a home that he personally oversaw the construction of at a cost of 700 million Kenyan shillings.

2. Kenyatta had the British construct the Ichaweri home in Gatundu South, Kiambu County. Uhuru’s hometown residence building began in 2018, with the contractor operating under tight GSU watch.
Located on Kenyatta Road, the mansion features a distinctive V-shaped entryway, and the family has dedicated a portion of the property to a presidential library, museum, and public policy institute.

3.Maasai-Mara, Kajiado
Oloolmongi, Lolgorian Ward, is home to a 1,000-acre estate that is rumored to be the president’s retirement home. Kenyans claim that he hosted a housewarming party at the residence for invited guests only, and that everyone was told to leave their phones at the entrance.

4.Gicheha,Nakuru
Located on 4,000 acres, the house and farm are only about a mile from the Nakuru–Eldoret highway. Uhuru supposedly has over a thousand farm animals. Boer goats, Charolais, Hereford, Brahman, and Ankole cows are among the cattle breeds housed there. The Borans and Sahiwals cow breeds are two local options.
