Samidoh’ s love of music began at a young age. While he was still in school, he used to lead the chorus. In addition to his other roles, he led the Christian Union’ s worship team.
He left the village after finishing high school and moved to Nairobi, where he became a backup singer for Kamande Wa Kioi’ s band.
An older brother of Samidoh played drums in the group. He played for the band for over two years. He had reached an inflection moment in his career where he needed to branch out on his own, away from the protection of Kamande Wa Kioi.
As a result of his own share of scandals involving the women he has dated, he is also a well- known celebrity and media personality. He’ s got one kid with his wife, but he’ s also got another with his girlfriend, politician Karen Nyamu, and they’ re a happy little family. Samidoh is a creator for the video sharing platforms YouTube and TikTok.
