Congratulations!! Kate And Jackie Mutubai Happy After Winning The Women Films Awards
The long awaited third edition of the women in Film Awards(WIFA) ceremony recently took place at Kenya national Theatre on Wednesday.
Catherine Kamau, who is commonly known by the public by her film and media name Kate together with the famous well renowned actress Jackie Mutubai were among the night top visitors of the event.

Kate won the prize for best actress in a film for her part in Ruben Odanga’s Nafsi, a romantic drama feature film which she has been featuring in as among the top contributers for sometime now.

Following both of the two participation in Citizen Television Series film Zora actress Jackie Mutubai is now happy after she was named as the best actress in the film.

“I’d like to express my gratitude to each and every one of you who took the time to vote for me,” she began as she shared her thankful notes to them.
“Nana” was a role I adored, and acting is my life. “Thank you, my people,” Matubia wrote after receiving the Award.
