
RIP: Full List Of Top Famous Hip-Hop Artists Who Died In 2021
It has not been such a good year for the hip-hop community as several top famous hip-hop musician have been reported dead back-to-back this year.
This have so generally contributed negatively in the growth of the hip-hop industry since top iconic hip-hop stars have died leaving gaps there which will forever remain unfilled.
On the same not here is a list of some of the major Hip-Hop artists who have lost their lives since the beginning of 2021 till now as it comes to an end.
1. Young Dolph
Adolph Robert Thornton Jr. was born July 27, the year 1985 commonly known by his music name as Young Dolph was an American professional rapper, singer, and songwriter.
The Chicago-bred based rapper was reported died after he was shot on November 17, 2021, in Memphis, Tennessee while he was buying cookies from a local bakery.
The video footages of the killers have been captured as the law enforcement officers are yet to make any arrest of the two armed suspects whom were captured entering into the shop in the video footage which was released two weeks ago later after the scene.

2. DMX
Earl Simmons popularly known by his stage name DMX was among the most famous rapper whose songs were enjoyed by several people in the whole world making him famous.
He made history in the rap music industry being recorded as the first ever rapper and first artist to debut five consecutive albums at No 1 on the Billboard Hot 200 chart.
On April 2, the year 2021, he started sickening where he was hospitalized in New York due to a cocaine-induced heart attack.
Unluckily he, however, failed to recover and died from multiple organ failures seven days later at the White Plains Hospital.
So sad.
3. Drakeo the Ruler
Darrel Wayne Caldwell commonly known as Drakeo the Ruler was stabbed in the neck multiple time hours after performing at a Los Angeles in a festival headlined by Snoop Dogg.
Afterwhich be was also rushed to a nearby hospital to be offered some treatment but the injuries proved to be severe as he died the following day.

4. Kangol Kid
Kangol Kid who was born in Shaun Shiller Fequiere is often regarded as one of the pioneers of Hip-hop who contributed so much in the growth and expansion of the industry.
He was also rated as the first Hip-hop artist ever to endorse a product through his official sponsorship with Kangol headwear.
Unluckily he was later confirmed dead on December 18, the year 2021, after battling cancer for more than 10 months where he died of cancer.

5. Shock G
He was rated as the best known for his role of leading the vocalist for the infamous Hip-hop group ‘Digital Underground’.
At 57 years old the rapper met is fate on April 22, 2021, in a Florida-based hospital where his death was reportedly caused by an accidental overdose of fentanyl, alcohol, and methamphetamine.
So sad losing such top rappers in the hip-hop industry which has now left several unfilled gaps there.
