Kitui Landlord Locks Gate with snake after Tenants Defaults in rent payment.
Residents of Kuunda Kindu area in Kitui Town were on Monday afternoon shocked after Samuel Kioko a landlord came with a snake and locked the gate to his appointments after tenants failed to o clear October and November rent arrears.
The snake which was a live was tied to the gate lock to prevent anyone from opening the gate.
Mr. Kioko’s action came at a time all the tenants were out working.
