The United Nations have reported the first ever fact finding mission in Libya which concluded that violations which might lead to war crimes and crimes against humanity are being committed across the Country.
The report accuses all parties involved into the conflict including other countries, foreign fighters and mercenaries.
Since the fall of Colonel Muammar Gaddafi in 2011,Libya has been in conflict and the report depicts a state which has suffered decade of violent chaos.
