Ringtone Apoko, a controversial gospel musician, has gone after Eric Omondi once more. During an interview with Amina on The Trend show, Ringtone boasted that he was wealthy enough to hire Eric Omondi as a yard guy.
Before going after Eric Omondi, Ringtone took advantage of the opportunity to show how much money he usually carries around with him. When Amina questioned how much money Ringtone had in his pocket, he pulled out a bundle of 1000 shillings.
When questioned how much money was in the package, Ringtone said it was only KSh 100k. What startled even more was when he was asked why he was carrying such a large sum of money.
He said, “..hii ni pesa ya supper. Unajua jkiwa msanii, especially wa gospel, mzuri kubeba pesa. Hii pesa pia inahubiri kwa sababu watu wanaona waktisto ni kusota.”
After displaying his money, Amina then asked him, “Where is your source of income?”
Ringtone responded saying, ” mimi ni msanii, mimi ni preacher na mimi pia ni motivational speaker kwa ma University na college.”
After the act of ‘showing off’, blasted Eric Omondi claiming that he didn’t have any tallent. He went on and revealed a job offer that he would give Eric Omondi.
He said,” Naeza mwandika kama compound manager. Eric Omondi hana tallent. Naeza mwandika kama house boy.”
Ringtone boasted about the amount of money he would pay Eric Omondi if he accepted his offer, claiming that he would pay him a monthly salary of KSh 50,000.
However, Ringtone went on to dismiss Eric Omondi’s Range Rover, stating it was a forgery. This is not the first time Ringtone Apoko has made fun of celebrities.
