Esther Akoth, or Akothee, a famous artist, gave her followers a tour of her varied farm in the village today as she basks in her newfound love with a caucasian partner from Germany.
Akothee, who appears to be living a peaceful rural lifestyle in her hometown of Rongo, Migori County, decided to give her boyfriend a taste of her life away from music by inviting him to her farm.
On this day, September 28th, she started the day by taking him to the farm that borders the posh property that houses her lavish estate.
She filmed themselves walking together on Facebook, and she danced to a playlist of her favorite ‘Lingala’ songs on an iPad she carried with her Bluetooth speaker.
They started at the hen house, where they saw how the hens were doing and if there were any eggs to be gathered.
After that, they proceeded to the cowshed and, since they had arrived at the time the cows were usually let out to graze, they did the same.
After untying each cow, Akothee and her lover brought them to her vast grazing pasture close to the shed.
They left the barn to inspect the banana trees and pick the ripe fruit.
The couple appeared to be having a blast on the farm, and the singer even boasted that they would be even more successful farmers with her new beau by her side.
She wrote in the title of a Facebook live video in which she and he were working the farm: “We’re getting our farm up and running right now. Keep an eye out, here come the next great farmers.”
