Specifics Show How Kibaki’s Last Will Prevented Relatives from Receiving His Estate.
The children of Mwai Kibaki, the third president of Kenya, have received a copy of his will. After a long illness, the former head of state passed away on April 21st, 2022. He had been a patient at the Nairobi Hospital when he passed away there.

His final will and testament detailing the distribution of his multimillion-dollar estate to his loved ones was published five months after his death.

After it was discovered that he had cut off the spouses of his children from receiving his estates, the will apparently put the family in a difficult position. However, this is not a major concern because his heirs will be his biological children.

His only designated heirs were his biological offspring, as stated in the will. Jimmy Kibaki, Wangu Mwai, Judy Kibaki, Tony Kibaki, and David Kibaki were the president’s four children.
The family has not yet responded to the situation, but we will keep you posted as we learn more.
