King Charles III, the new monarch of the United Kingdom (UK), can be seen in a newly released video greeting mourners and shaking hands with those who came to pay their respects during the funeral for his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, who passed away early last week.

However, the moment that has divided Kenyans and Africans at large is when the King shook hands with a guy of African heritage who was waiting in the crowd for his first handshake.
After greeting all the other whites, the king skipped over the African and shook hands with the rest of them.

Contrary to President Joe Biden of the United States, all of the other African heads of state allegedly rode in on the same bus to the funeral.
Ahmed Asmali, a prominent figure in the social media world, responded by saying, “From their leaders being placed into buses to not being greeted.”
