Mama Ida Odinga, wife of ex-prime minister and current opposition leader Raila Amollo Odinga, has reportedly dispatched her husband to meet with him.
Former Prime Minister Raila Amollo Odinga, she writes, has always been put through difficult tests, but he has always come out on top. Since then, she’s been wishing him well and God’s blessings.

“You’ve made it through every challenge and choose the right path forward every time. Praying for God’s continued wisdom and strength to direct you, @RailaOdinga” Mother Odinga Ida.
Her statement arrives as presidential contender Raila Odinga of the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance presents his case to the Kenyan Supreme Court.

Raila Odinga has participated in four presidential elections: in 1997, 2007, 2013, and 2017.
In 1997, he made his initial bid for public office by running on the NDP ticket. He was defeated, but he continued to work in politics.

The Kenya Kwanza Alliance of His Excellency the Deputy President William Ruto and others have repeatedly refuted his claims that his votes were stolen.
