If you spend much time on the internet, you’ve probably heard about John Demathew. He was too successful as a social media influencer and a Kikuyu Benga artist to let naysayers get to him.
Many people are still saddened by Demathew’s untimely death in a car accident three years ago.
The fact that his YouTube site continues to update with new songs even after his death has baffled Kenyans.
A few hours ago, his wife, Sarafina Demathew, introduced the young man in charge of their YouTube channel in a video posted to her official Facebook page. She claims that the man runs the channel and often adds fresh videos.
The man claims that he and Sarafina Demathew work well together, and that their dynamic reminds him of that of a mother and a son. He then thanked anybody who watches John Demathew’s channel for their support and for enjoying his videos.
He came clean that he also runs the successful YouTube account of the late Benga musician George Wanjaro on behalf of Moureen Wanjaro. See the clip down below.
