Africa’s wealthiest man Aliko Dangote has amassed a fortune of Ksh. 52.3 billion in just eight hours, making him the world’s 91st richest man.

The stock exchange rate of his Cement company, which is Africa’s largest, jumped by 5.45 percent on Friday, April 4th, 2021. This helped him earn more than Ksh. 50 billion in less than eight hours.

Dangote is worth 20.1 billion US dollars, or 5.25 percent of the 40.1 billion US dollar external reserve, according to the Bloomberg index.

Dangote Industries is a conglomerate that includes a couple of firms.
