Kenyans online took to the media and mourned a young lady who died in landslide hours after graduation.
According to the source, the deceased identifed as Charity Chebet had just graduated in a lovely ceremony attended by parents and friends. Charity had graduated from a nursing school where he was pursuing a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery. Report indicate that she died hours after arriving from the ceremony. This incident occured in Kapchorwa District of Uganda.
She died alongside her sibling with parents narrowly escaping death. Her parents survived the horrific mudslide and were rushed to the hospital for treatment. Fellow graduates took to the media and mourned the late as a humble and kind person. They said she was determined to succeed in life and help her parents.
The body is currently preserved at the hospital morgue pending an autopsy test to ascertain what really transpired. Burial preparations are also underway.
