Recently, a barber in South Africa shaved off the head of a woman who owed him money for braiding her hair but had not paid him.

It has been reported that an unnamed adolescent customer got her hair done at the salon but left without paying.

The girl apparently told the stylist to do her hair anyhow, despite the fact that she lacked the funds to pay for the service.

The viral video shows the hairstylist using a razor on the customer while the other clients in the salon look on in disbelief.

The girl’s hair was about to be shaved when the barber and his assistants were overheard yelling at her and demanding to know why she had not paid.

One of them even asked him if she knew a man who could assist her pay off the loan.

The hairdresser, who appeared to be very irate, took her time to ensure that she had removed every last strand of the girl’s hair.

While cutting her hair, he was overheard expressing his displeasure with the situation in his native tongue.

As the hairstylist proceeded to work on her hair, the girl simply stroked her cheek and gave a mournful expression in response.

The woman was overheard telling the client, “You look very good, very beautiful,” when she finished shaving her head.

After the girl’s head had been shaved for the exercise, she appeared terribly sad and bewildered.

Video of the incident has gone viral on social media, where it has been met with a range of opinions. While some online commenters agreed that the barber had done the right thing, others were less forgiving.
