Rose Muhando, a legendary artist from East Africa, is regarded as one of the best singers in the region. That’s saying a lot.
A lot of people have criticized her decisions during her career, especially given the type of music she is celebrated for.
Rose, however, is not letting her tumultuous past dictate her present or her future; she is still performing and is excited about her rapidly expanding profession.

Over the years, Rose Mhando has established herself as a household name in East Africa thanks to her evangelical music. Among her many songs are “amina,” “ee mungu nitakushukuru,” and “hatumo.”

Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC) recognized her music with a cash prize of Tsh 200,000.
She has earned her reputation as a pioneer of gospel music in East Africa.
