Kenyans are appalled by CCTV footage showing a housemaid urinating in a cup in her employer’s kitchen.It looks that user IamErastus captured the videos published on TikTok on July 17, 2023, at 5:57 a.m.
The camera enters the kitchen from the outside door. The woman is crouching down at the sink, and out of nowhere she reaches for a clean cup from the rack.

She pulls up her pants to urinate. She relieves herself three times, each time into the kitchen sink.
She dumps the water out of the cup and puts it back in the sink. The woman picks up a kitchen towel and squats to clean up the urine she just urinated on the floor.
Kenyans respond with horror to the possibility that this is happening somewhere else as the video cuts off at 1:17.
The second clip from the security camera shows the house manager getting back to her regular cleaning routine.
Some responses are provided below;
@Bad_OneLine_Man Wueh! There’s a lot of trouble with the urine, and the house manager is irritated.
@Byron__3 Yes, makosa ni ya mwenye nyumba. Methods for quickly putting new hires to work. At the very least, they require a week of training. If she is a live-in maid, she will need at least a week to adjust to her new family.
@irushiscky In any case, astute Kenyans realize it’s a commercial for hidden cameras, so kwani hakuwa ata na suruali. At some point in the discussion, the vendor will appear.
@albertbettere Wife: “Mbona hizi vikombe zinatoka rangi haraka hivi?” According to Mboch, “Nivyenye nasugua vizuri.
