The body of missing ex-treasury official Tom Osinde was discovered in River Kuja, Migori, in a tragic turn of events. On Thursday morning, police said that Mr. Osinde, who had been missing for days, had been found dead.

Donnata Atieno, chief of the DCI in Rongai, has revealed that the suspects in detention are Osinde’s employees from his Ngata house in Nakuru. A member of staff was a driver who was spotted in Osinde’s vehicle.

The farmhand who worked with Osinde said he showed no signs of concern before he went missing. Before setting off on his journey from Nakuru to Kisii, the farmhand said, Osinde had ordered him to meet a woman he did not know.
