DJ Fatxo tried to enter his Kasarani home on the evening of May 20, but was denied entry.
The performer waited for hours outside the building while he pleaded with the building’s administration to let him inside.
DJ Fatxo complained about the rude reception he received after being turned away and stated he fears for his life.

On the evening of May 20th, the singer attempted to enter his home in a video posted on Instagram by SPM Buzz.
Since murder investigations into Mwathi were ongoing, the home had been sealed off.
The musician and his pals can be seen in the brief film hanging around in front of his opulent pad.
He got out of his automobile to find that he couldn’t enter the building.
DJ Fatxo claims he is in mortal peril.
After the incident, DJ Fatxo addressed the media and voiced his frustration with the way he was being handled.
I can’t take any more fighting. To put it simply, I dread God. When things have escalated to this stage, someone ought to be leading the way, and we do have a statute for that. All this tension is unnecessary. Even though I’m sure my life is in danger, nobody lets me back into my residence between the hours of 7 p.m. and 12 a.m. DJ Fatxo complained about the situation in an interview.
Murder accusations against DJ Fatxo were dropped.
When interior designer Jeff Mwathi was found dead in his Kasarani home, DJ Fatxo was cleared of murder charges.
His attorney, Duncan Okatch, stated that the DCI investigation cleared the celebrity of any involvement in Mwathi’s death.
He added that an inquiry had been requested by the ODPP after the young designer’s suicide was first ruled an accident.
“It is clear that there is not a single shred or iota of evidence to suggest any remote criminal culpability by our client or suspicion thereof,” he said.
He clarified that Fatxo was not present in the flat when Mwathi was claimed to have died from a fall.
“In fact, it is very clear that our client was not even at his house at the material time that his friend, Jeff
Mwathi met his death,” he continued.
