Many Kenyan women mistakenly believe that having a large nyash is a sign of sexual attractiveness, and this belief has led many to resort to illegal methods, such as surgery or the use of drugs or injections, in order to achieve this goal. But a handful have ended happily, while the others have met with tragedy.

Recently, gospel singer Justina Syokau, who rose to fame with her song “Twendi Twendi,” posted a snapshot of herself on Instagram in which she looks absolutely snatched in a tight dress, revealing her hand-sculpted curves and a huge butt.
The thrilled singer claimed her goals had been met and that she was in love with the person she had become.
Having “finally” reached her objective, she exclaimed, “nyash, I love my new physique.”
Singer said late this year that she was putting up almost Sh 3 million for plastic surgery to have large nyash like Vera Sidika.
A subsequent operation gave her the ideal amount of Nyash. Syokau admitted that she had gone to the gym in an effort to get in shape, but her efforts had been fruitless, and this was what finally led her down the path of surgery.
“There’s a new fitness center on the block, and the bado sipungui ile nataka can’t wait to check it out. If that’s the case, then nafanya vizuri kabisa; kama kuna njia naweza toa mafuta. Put that $3 million liposuction bill right where it belongs: in the mafuta yawekwe.” What Syokau had said before.
