Every multibillionaire has a story of how they went from “rags to riches,” or a lowly beginning, to a position of financial and social prominence. The billionaire tycoon has refused to put a price on his vast property holdings in Nairobi and Kiambu counties.
The tycoon is quite pleased to be the owner of the prestigious Lilian Towers in Nairobi. He constructed the Lilian Towers with help from a credit lending company and named them after his mother, Lilian Nyagaki. The four-star Nairobi Safari Club hotel, located in the city’s financial sector, is his single property.

As a businessman, he is also the owner of the Ridgeways shopping center on Kiambu Road. The mall has a wide variety of services, such as a car repair shop, a bank, ATMs, a dry cleaner, and a currency exchange.
The Honorable Stanley Githunguri, once a member of parliament for the Kiambaa seat, has risen to prominence as one of Kenya’s most prominent figures. His time in parliament for the Kenya African National Union (KANU) party and his subsequent run for senator from Kiambu have made him a household name.

He apparently became silent and suffered through some health problems after losing the general election in 2013. Githunguri’s daughters Lilian Ngagaki and Lilian Wanjiru testified in court, stating that their father suffered from dementia, hypertension, diabetes, and a kidney transplant.
This suggests that the politician began investing early in life, and as a result, his heirs will inherit substantial wealth in the form of valuable real estate.
