Vanessa Mdee, a popular Tanzanian performer known by her stage name Vee Money, and her husband Rotimi celebrated their son Seven’s first birthday yesterday in the most wonderful way you could imagine. The power couple had a blue and brown-themed party at their house.
The “Niroge” hit maker later took to her Instagram account to express her joy at her son turning one.
“See what the LORD has done 🙏🏽🎉✨ Seven is 1 and it feels like you just got here. My baby you’re a divine gift and I am honoured to be your Mama. Thank you for being our biggest blessing.” She captioned
“No long speech 🎤 just a moment of worship and a prayer that we can continue to give GOD the glory for your life always. I love you with all of me for as long as I live my Bobo. Happy 1st Birthday 🎂,” she wrote.
Rotimi on the other hand posted a short video of him holding Seven as he sleeps with the caption:
“From the day I first held you to 1 year later. Nothing will ever change in how much I love you. I’ll always hold you with this much love even when you big as heaven 🕊 happy birthday, son. It’s only fitting that your birthday is on national sons day.”
Vanesah and Rotimi were blessed with their son on September last year and currently he is turning one. Since then, Vanessa Mdee decided to put aside her music career and chose to focus on motherhood. It should be noted that the beautiful couple named their son Seven Akinosho. The name has Nigerian roots.
Vanessa Mdee seemed to have found the love of her life in Rotimi following her nasty relationship with fellow Tanzanian singer Juma Jux. It will be recalled how dramatic that romance was, with the two publicly breaking up and then reconciling multiple times.
Vanessa and Rotimi have been together for over two years, after she split from her musician ex-boyfriend Juma Jux. They had an on-again, off-again relationship before calling it quits.
Rotimi has never been shy about publicly expressing his feelings for his Tanzanian queen. He gave her a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom mansion in Atlanta, right near to Disney World, for Valentine’s Day this year. The present, which apparently cost half a million dollars, was just one of many public displays of his affection for her.
