Dr. Ofweneke is charging his dear friend Akothee sh1.4 million to MC at her upcoming wedding, which the mother of five exposed publicly yesterday.
During an interview with a reliable source, Ofweneke revealed that the two don’t have beef
“This is a case of best friends, it’s normal and bestfriends once in a while lazima wacollide kidogo so first of all I am happy for her. ” Ofweneke said.
Dr Ofweneke went on and revealed that Akothee being his BFF disappointed him claiming that she had kept her relationship with the mzungu privately from him.
“So she had been keeping this white jamaa a secret from me for a while until I busted her. So when she told me it is serious of course the wedding is coming up.” He added.
When asked if Akothee complained to him of overcharging for clout, Ofweneke trashed the claims, revealing that Akothee is rich and clout is out of her menu.
“It’s not clout chasing? She has found love at Akothee’s age, I don’t think kiki is anywhere on her menu. I don’t think so.” He added.
Even after Akothee complained that Ofweneke had charged her KSh 1.4 million for MC job, Ofweneke claimed that Akothee is a rich woman. He added that he won’t be reducing the cost because he new how Akothee was wealthier.
“She is happy and of course who else would MC her wedding apart from me? But I told her point blank that this guy is doing well and Akothee is not poor.” He said.
About the job that Akothee had offered him, Ofweneke boasted claiming that he was the best MC in Kenya.
“I told her you know my work, you know I am the best MC right now in the country, I am rated number one according to research.” He stated.
Ofweneke then claimed that, friendship can not be mixed with business. Thus concluded that, despite of his friendship with Akothee, she must pay him depending on his worth.
“…then even if you are my best friend you will pay me my worth and when I look at you both combined you and your fiancé both of you can actually come up with that,” he added.
