Look at how the second in command got his hands on the presidential mansion in Naroku and the 1000-acre Maasai Mara ranch of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s friend, Governor Samuel Tunai.

The 900-acre plot of land in the Trans Mara sub-county, close to the Maasai Mara Game Reserve, was reportedly purchased by DP Ruto almost seven years ago. There is speculation that ex-Vice President Joseph Murumbi owns the ranch.
In the years following Murumbi’s death in 1990, the ranch fell into disrepair, but the second ruler eventually bought it and fixed it up.

DP Ruto invested in a herd of cattle numbering in the hundreds. To keep an eye on things, he paid the ranch frequent visits.
This property features a stunning home. Because of the deaths of Murumbi and his wife, their 35-room mansion is now in ruins. There are no offspring between the two.

There was an algae lake next to the house, from which the doors and windows had been removed.
Murumbi was well-known for his devotion to art, which he displayed until his death on the walls of his exquisite home. As a result of DP Ruto’s maneuvering, the location has been relocated.

Quite near
The ranch’s neighborhood earns the moniker “VIP nest” due to the concentration of well-known people who live there.

The presence of high-profile individuals, including as Deputy President Ruto, President Kenyatta, and Governor Tunai, would likely result in the development of new infrastructure, such as healthcare and educational institutions.
