Raila Listed Among 100 significant Alumni Of Top German University

Azimio La Umoja One Kenya coalition party presidential aspirant Raila Odinga is listed among the 100 most significant persons who graduated from the University of Leipzig in Germany.
Also on the list of the 100 most significant alumni of the University of Leipzig is Angela Merkel, who served as the chancellor of Germany from 2005 to 2021 last year this comes after a section of Kenya Kwanza Coalition demanded IEBC to start investigation about Raila’s academic credentials before August polls
On the alumni list on Edu Rank, Mr. Raila Odinga is listed at position 41 and is described as “a Kenyan great politician, presidential aspirant and businessman who served as the Prime Minister of Kenya from 2008 to 2013.”
“He is assumed as the Leader of Opposition in Kenya since 2013 to 2022. He was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Langata from 1992 to 2007.
Raila Odinga served in Kubaki’s government in the Cabinet of Kenya as Minister for Energy from 2001 to 2002, and as the Minister for Roads, Public Works and Housing from 2003 to 2005. Odinga was appointed High Representative for Infrastructure Development at the African Union Commission in 2018,” the profile further reads and he has done alot in Africa since he was given the job.
A majority of people on the list were born in Germany with Mr. Odinga being the only one born from Kenya in Africa on the list.
Leipzig University was founded back in1409 and is one of Germany’s leading universities when it comes to top-class research and medical expertise, according to the institution’s profile.
According to Edu Rank, the University of Leipzig is ranked 62nd in the world, 20th in Europe, and 6th in Germany by aggregated alumni prominence.
Now people who demanding Raila to share his academic credentials were surprised since they never expected to see that from Raila.
