Meet the only man who overpowered Moi and ruled for six hours before he died mysteriously.

Hezekiah Rabala Ochuka was the only man who made the former and late president run for his life. Moi had to hide in the bush. Hezekiah was a famous senior private air force. He was born in 1953 the 23rd of July and died on the 9th of 1984 the same month according to his death row sentence.
In 1982, Rabala Ochuka and his friend Pancras Okumu Organised a coup that almost overthrew Moi’s government. It is said that he ruled for six hours during Moi’s reign before the government took back its power. He was then condemned to death by a court martial sitting at Lang’ata Barracks.Hezekiah’s body was never found though. Even His clothes were never handed to his family. The family has been looking and demanding for his body for years because they believe he deserves a decent burial.
According to Gilbert Omondi who was one of the commissioners who persecuted Hezekiah, they took care of his body according to the provisions of section 332(3);on the procedure of criminal code(cap 73).Hezekiah’s half brother Gilbert Omondi claimed that his brother wrote to his family explaining that he and others had been repatriatiated from Tanzania to Kamiti prison but when they went to find him,he was nowhere to be found. This caused Hezekiah’s father to suffer a shock.
In 1984 reports emerged claiming that Hezekiah was guilty of 30 accounts. There were 33 witnesses that were presented within 12 days.In 2006, Hezekiah was recognized as one of the people who fought for liberation. It is clear that Moi’s government made sure Hezekiah died miserably.
The question is where did Moi and His government put Hezekiah’s body?
