Few days ago, Arnelisa Muigai announced that she was finally through with the divorce process. She took on her Social media claiming that she was finally free. Arnelisa Muigai was married to popular Tanzanian artist called Ben Pol.
“Officially Free. It would not be fair to not give a shout-out to these two advocates who worked tirelessly to make sure that the divorce was done quickly and not wait for years. Hamza Jabir and Hosea Chamba. Thank you for your work and for doing everything as requested” Arnelisa stated on her social media handle.
However, Ben Pol seems to be in the dark about the whole divorce process.
“I am also seeing these reports online. I haven’t been informed officially or unofficially.” He stated.
According to recent reports from a reliable source, the “Moyo Mashine” hit maker revealed that he was not aware of reports circulating online about “finalised” divorce reports.
“I don’t know where she got that communication from because even the court where I filed for the divorce isn’t aware of the reports.” Ben Pol added.
However, Ben Pol went on and revealed that the only option he has is to just leave the matter to the court.
“In that regard, I will leave the matter to the court and wait for the official outcome” he added
But how did it started?
Ben Pol got married to Arnelisa Muigai in 2020 which lead to a nasty break up last year according to reports.
During an interview with Willy M Tuva, Ben Pol disclosed that thing didn’t work out for them. This was the main cause of their split.
“To be honest, I cannot pin point one or two things that went wrong between us, I was myself and genuine. Things did not work, and one can just accept and move on,” he said.
Later on, reports indicates that Ben Pol later sought therapy and worked on himself.
It should be noted that, before meeting Anerlisa, Ben Pol was in a relationship with the mother of his 6-year-old son.
