Migori Governor Okoth Obado has abandoned his Wife Hellen Obado for failure to support Deputy President William Ruto’ s Statehouse bid as new details emerge.
In a report via the Nation, Migori Governor Okoth Obado’ s wife Hellen Obado has informed the media that she has been going through trying times in her push to campaign for the Migori Woman Representative position seeing that her Husband has abandoned him by withdrawing his support in her campaigns, for supporting Raila Odinga’ s statehouse bid.

According to Ms. Hellen Obado, she has said that the day she decided to support Raila Odinga contrary to her Husband’ s wish is the time her challenges began to a point that her Husband started snubbing her campaigns.
” Please, my people, help me secure this seat. You all know how much I helped Obado to become the first Migori governor. Sadly, he has left me on my own, he doesn’ t want to stand with me, ” Hellen Obado has said while in Amoso village after commissioning a water project.

Adding that ” Mr. Odinga is vying for President while I’ m seeking the woman representative position, but he has my vote on the ballot. That bit I know. ”
On the other hand, Nairobi county Senator Johnson Sakaja on Sunday was set free once again to run for the capital City gubernatorial seat after a long battle with CUE who has seized his degree he allegedly acquired from Team University in Uganda.
A day after the Lawmaker received his freedom, he has proceeded to campaign for his gubernatorial bid as he promises to make Nairobi county work again.

While addressing his supporters, he has threw jabs at those who were responsible for his woes, asserting that they have been defeated, and the main victory is coming in August 9 since the Nairobi residents will not give deep state a chance to instill projects on them, but they will elect the people who are ready to server.
” I want to tell them that Nairobi residents will not be given a project as their governor. It’ s them who will decide. My competitor can continue cleaning toilets and service alcohols in discos while we lead the city of Nairobi, ” Sakaja has said.
