Kelvin kioko famously known as Bahati and now mtoto wa Mathare as he instructed to be called was happy while addressing the media yesterday. This is because his strong stand finally had been rewarded.
Bahati sometime back was seen tearing while addressing the media arguing that his ticket to run for Mathare parliamentary seat had been recalled for another candidate most probably because of zoning issue. While addressing the media during then Bahati maintained that he was not ready to step down for another candidates and therefore Mathare people should be granted their right to exercise their freedom by choosing their prefered candidate.
Although many candidates come out to tell him to go for the seat independently he however maintained that he was not to do that and assured Kenyans that his excellency the president and the presidential candidate Raila Ondinga were going to consider his request.
And sure to his conviction president Uhuru Kenyatta and Azimio party leader Raila Ondinga have granted his request and therefore Bahati will on the ballot paper come August during general election.
