Today at Masaka Court, Hon Ssegirinya and Hon Allan Ssewanyana were presented before court via zoom from Kigo prison on charges of murder in greater Masaka.
State has not concluded Investigations. We laid prayers and court granted them as follows; state has been given 22/2/2022 as last date to inform court of the committal date, defence counsel and relatives must be allowed access to both accused, prison authorities must allow both accused access to their personal doctors for treatment,allegations of torture ought to be investigated.
