Milly Wa Jesus, a social media influencer, recently renovated her parents’ home and posted photos of it online. With the help of her husband, she gave her parents a total makeover as a special present.
She boasted on Facebook about the new couches, lamps, and pricey furniture in her parent’s spruced-up living room. Milly claimed that she cannot believe what has happened.
This is my parents’ house?” she emailed.
Together with her husband Kabi, she revealed their newly remodeled home in a video broadcast to her YouTube channel.
In the clip, Milly’s mother can be seen crying tears of delight at the amazing makeover she performed on the home as a surprise for her daughter. Before renovations, the walls were painted green, and the inside fixtures were old.
The dining room and kitchen were split by a narrow window, and worn couches filled the space. Her parents were blindfolded while Milly and Kabi led them into the newly decorated, all-white home.
When Milly’s mum finally opened her eyes after they’d taken off the blindfolds, her expression was priceless. She got to her feet and collapsed, unable to process the unfamiliar surroundings that had become her home.
As her daughter Milly cried loudly in the background, her mother thanked God for the renovated house and prayed for his blessing on their lives.
